Can I rent the greenhouse for a private function?

No. There are no facilities for food and beverages.

Can I rent the Rockefeller Park Greenhouse for my wedding?

Yes, you can rent the facility for up to 4 hours. There is a rental fee: residents $150, non-residents $175. There are no facilities for receptions, so food and beverages are not allowed. Call 216.664.3103 for further details.

How do I get to the Convention Center?

Location/Directions –
The Cleveland Convention Center is conveniently located in downtown Cleveland at East 6th between St. Clair Avenue and Lakeside Avenue.

From the Airport: Follow the signs leaving the airport to 71 North, Cleveland. Take 71 North to East 9th Street Exit. Go North on East 9th Street eight Traffic lights to St. Clair Avenue. Turn left onto St. Clair Avenue. The Cleveland Convention Center garage entrance will be on the right after the East 6th Street traffic light.

From the South: Take either I-77 or I-71 to downtown Cleveland. Exit either interstate at the East 9th Street exit. Go North on East 9th Street eight Traffic lights to St. Clair Avenue. Turn left onto St. Clair Avenue. The Cleveland Convention Center garage entrance will be on the right after the East 6th Street traffic light.

From the East: Take I-90/Route 2 West (stay on Route 2) West into downtown Cleveland. Exit at East 9th Street exit. Turn left (south) at the end of the exit ramp. Continue three lights to St. Clair Avenue and make a right. The Cleveland Convention Center garage entrance will be on the right after the East 6th Street traffic light.

From the West: Take I-90 East to downtown Cleveland. Exit at the east 9th Street exit. Follow East 9th Street North to St. Clair Avenue. Turn left onto St. Clair. The Cleveland Convention Center garage entrance will be on the right after the East 6th Street traffic light.

From the East on the Ohio Turnpike: Get off at Exit 11 from Ohio Turnpike. Follow signs for 77 North. Take 77 North to East 9th Street exit. Go North on East 9th Street eight traffic lights to St. Clair Avenue and turn left. The Cleveland Convention Center garage entrance will be on the right after the East 6th Street traffic light.

From the West on the Ohio Turnpike: Get off at Exit 10 from Ohio Turnpike. Follow signs for 71 North. Take 71 North to East 9th Street exit. Go North on East 9th Street eight traffic lights to St. Clair Avenue and turn left. The Cleveland Convention Center garage entrance will be on the right after the East 6th Street traffic light.

Can I park at the Convention Center?

Yes- the Convention Center has an adjacent garage which can be entered from St. Clair Avenue. It is available to patrons of all Convention Center events. For current rates call 216.348.2211 or see the rates online here. Additional parking is available at Willard Garage, located across the street and at the Shoreway’s Municipal Parking Lot.

How large is the Convention Center?

The Convention Center offers over 375,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space, and 21 meeting rooms, allowing 27 different combinations. Contact sales staff at 216.248.2211 to discuss your event including rental costs. A brochure can be sent to you for your convenience.

Can I have a birthday party at the Convention Center?

Yes, the Convention Center offers various meeting rooms and ball room facilities to meet your needs. In order to serve food and beverages you will be required to use the in-house caterer, Executive Caterers. Please contact the sales staff at 216.248.2211 to discuss your event.
