4th District Safety Fair

In an effort to build strong community relationships with residents, the Councilman Zack Reed (Ward  2), the City of Cleveland Division of Police Fourth District and the Community Relations Board held a Union-Miles Family Day and Fourth District Safety Fair at John Adams High School football field on Martin Luther King Boulevard in Cleveland.

This free, fun-filled Family Day and Safety Fair was full of various activities to encourage bringing unity back into the community. This event also encouraged police officers and residents to meet informally. Attendees enjoyed an afternoon of music, face painting and comradery. In addition, this event also included local vendors, entertainment performances including musical artist Tamia and lots of food choices.

Additionally, this community event also included free food, drinks and face painting for the children along with informational handouts for residents to learn about healthy strategies to improve their quality of life. Attendees were provided information on health, wellness, educational enrichment, safety and the arts programs.
