Transformative Arts Fund (TAF)

The Transformative Arts Fund (TAF) is a $3 million fund for public art projects and initiatives led by artists in partnership with partner institutions based in the City of Cleveland.

Artists that live in the City of Cleveland will have the opportunity to apply for funds to create innovative, thought-provoking, and inclusive Cleveland-centric public art projects that ignite inspiration, foster dialogue, and drive social transformation.

The City of Cleveland believes in the profound power of art to transform communities. Art, in all its forms, can transcend boundaries, inspire social change, educate, evoke emotion, and ignite the human spirit. The arts embrace diversity, equity, and inclusivity, ensuring that the voices and stories of all individuals are represented and can serve as a tool for positive change, building just, resilient, and connected communities.
