    Thanks to Mayor Frank G. Jackson’s enhanced budget, made possible by Issue 32, the City of Cleveland is embarking on more street improvement projects in 2017 than in years past. Projects span all neighborhoods and wards throughout the city.

  • Ordinances Regarding Parking at Meters During the Holidays

    In the City of Cleveland, there is free parking on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Martin Luther King Day and and the days after Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are exceptions that can override free parking, which include special events and snow bans.

  • Cleveland Bike Plan to Add 70+ Miles of Bikeway by 2017

    A new Bikeway Implementation Plan has been designed to increase the number of bikeway miles by 250% by the end of 2017. The goal of the Citys plan is to provide cycling amenities in every neighborhood, whether for transportation or recreational use.

  • Several GIS Maps Display Local Information

    These maps give a better understanding of issues and trends and support awareness and better decision making. They include capital improvements, crime data, EPA regulated facilities, routing, and more.

  • Monthly Keycard Payments for City Parking Lots Can Now be Done Online

    Monthly Keycard payments can be paid online for parking at the Gateway East Garage, Lakefront Municipal Parking, and Willard Park Garage. There is a convenience fee associated. 

  • 139 Streets to Be Resurfaced in City of Cleveland

    The City of Cleveland’s Division of Streets has released its list of resurfacing projects for 2017.

    The number of streets to be resurfaced is an increase over previous years, thanks to Mayor Frank G. Jackson’s enhanced budget made possible by the passage of Issue 32. Nearly 140 streets have been slated for resurfacing and 62 have already been completed. The streets to be resurfaced were selected as part of a long process involving ratings by an expert streets consultant, Cleveland City Council and the Division of Streets.
