Cleveland EMS Graduates 27 New EMTs & Paramedics

The City of Cleveland welcomed 27 new emergency medical technicians and paramedics to the city's Emergency Medical Service (EMS). They are the first EMS class to be hired and graduate as a result of Mayor Frank G. Jackson’s 2017 enhanced budget. The addition of EMS staff is part of the mayor’s effort to enhance the quality of life in Cleveland neighborhoods by reducing emergency response times.
