Stop the Hate Essayists

The 11th and 12th grade finalists of the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage’s Stop the Hate Essay contest visited with Mayor Jackson on Monday, May 1st. They then went over to the City Council meeting where Zephania Galloway read her essay aloud. All of the finalists submitted essays portraying an element of hate they have experienced throughout their lives. Zephania received a $40,000 scholarship.
