Registration Now Open for Neighborhood Resource & Recreation Center Fall Programming

The City of Cleveland’s recently rebranded Neighborhood Resource & Recreation Centers are now offering expanded fall programming at all 22 of its centers. Expanded intergenerational programming - aimed at providing holistic resources to all residents, especially youth and young adults – includes job readiness and placements assistance, ACT/SAT prep, theater, photography, ballet, STEM workshops and more. Old favorites like aerobics, basketball, football and swimming are also available. Register in person or online at Some class sizes may be limited and early registration is advised. All programs are free.

  • Students Invited to Apply for Mayor Frank G. Jackson Scholarship Program

    Mayor Frank G. Jackson Scholarship applications are available to City of Cleveland employees, dependents of City of Cleveland employees, high school seniors graduating from the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and high school seniors who are in the Youth Development Program or involved with the City of Cleveland Department of Recreation. The scholarship application process is open until March 27.

    Seasonal activities at City of Cleveland Recreation Centers include organized sports, playground activities, performance arts, camping, and more. Activities are designed for participants from the very young to Seniors.
