This Division provides weekly collection of waste from 155,000 Cleveland homes, the West Side Market, Fire and Police Stations, the Justice Center, City Hall and other City buildings, and public areas.

It also places dumpsters at neighborhood events and community functions and plays an active role in special cleanup programs. Dumpsters are also available for commercial accounts and homeowners.

Division of Waste Commissioner Owens was recognized at the National American Public Works Associations Conference as the National Manager of the Year in Public Waste. He excelled in all the criteria categories to net him this honor.
