Mayor's Office of Capital Projects

The Office of Capital Projects is comprised of three divisions:

Division of Architecture and Site Development

The Division of Architecture designs and prepares building surveys, preliminary drawings, estimates, detailed drawings and specifications for all buildings under the charge of the City of Cleveland.

Site Development  section of the Division provides research landscape architectural/site plans and technical assistance to the department. Its activities include development and monitoring of comprehensive short and long range departmental Capital Improvement Programs.


Division of Engineering and Construction

The Division of Engineering and Construction manages the City's public right of way in a manner that ensures safe passage of pedestrians and vehicles as they commute to and from their neighborhoods by developing and implementing plans for maintenance and construction of roadways, streets, bridges and sidewalks.


Division of Real Estate

The Division of Real Estate manages the acquisition of non-residential properties for the City of Cleveland.


Sidewalk Repair Program Requests Being Taken
Those interested in signing up for the sidewalk repair program are asked to call 216.664.2232 to request a cost estimate. The City will then send an inspector who will leave the estimate on a door hanger at the residence. More
