Police Promotion Ceremony

Mayor Frank G. Jackson was joined by the Council President Kevin Kelley, Director of Public Safety Michael McGrath, Chief of Police Calvin D. Williams and other city officials to congratulate and swear-in the police officers. Mayor Jackson administered the oath of office to forty police officers were promoted to supervisory positions at a ceremony at Cleveland City Hall held in City Council Chambers. Family members and friends were also in attendance to share in this special occasion.
