  Title : Professional Services To Manage the Implementation of Electric Energy Efficiency Programs to Serve Residential and Commercial/Industrial Customers in the CPP Service Territory
  Description : The City of Cleveland is seeking an experienced consultant/contractor to manage the implementation of energy efficiency programs offered by Cleveland Public Power (CPP). The scope of this Request for Proposal encompasses all activities associated with the development and implementation of a comprehensive energy efficiency program containing most or all of the following features: 1. Residential Lighting Program 2. Residential Refrigerator/Freezer Turn-In Program 3. Residential Efficient Products Program 4. Business Prescriptive Incentive Program 5. Business Custom Incentive Program 6. Small Business Direct Install Program 7. Customer Residential and Small Business Outreach Program
