The City of Cleveland is soliciting proposals from ODOT prequalified Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate to rehabilitate Woodland Avenue from Buckeye Road to Martin Luther King boulevard Jr. Boulevard. The basic work will consist of asphalt resurfacing, base removal and replacement, new sidewalks, curbs, ADA compliant curb ramps and landings, and new driveway aprons, roadway drainage, water work, and traffic signals.
