East 22nd St Rehabilitation Orange Ave. to Euclid Ave.
The City of Cleveland is soliciting proposals from ODOT prequalified Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate to rehabilitate East 22nd from Orange to Euclid. The basic work will consist of asphalt resurfacing, base removal and replacement, median reconstruction, new sidewalks, curbs, ADA compliant curb ramps and
landings, and new driveway aprons, roadway drainage, water work, traffic study, traffic signals, and streetscape.
