Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for City Employees
The City of Cleveland?s Department of Human Resources, through its Director of Human Resources is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services necessary to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the City?s employees and family members for a period of one year with two consecutive one-year options to re-new for additional years.

To provide professional financial management services and protect the fiscal integrity of the City; by maximizing the collection of revenue, judiciously investing public monies and practicing generally accepted financial management principles in a manner consistent with the guidelines required by the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, City Council, the Mayor’s Office, and other governmental units.
