       Senior Transportation Connection Flyer


Transportation services are available from Senior Transportation Connect (STC) Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm for Cleveland seniors. Riders must be at least 60 years old, with limited transportation options. STC will provide two one-way trips per week to those eligible.

Medically-related trips are a priority and must be in Cuyahoga County. Personal shopping and errands must be in the City of Cleveland and are limited to five shopping bags per trip. The fare is $1 per one way trip.  Drivers are not permitted to make change or accept tips. Riders may have a personal care assistant (PCA) or escort; however they must provide this information when scheduling trip. No fare is charged for PCA's or escorts.

First time riders must call 216.664.2833 with name, address, phone number and emergency contact info. Home address will be verified, and caller referred to STC.

Cleveland seeks to be so elder friendly that current older residents desire to remain, former residents wish to return to the City and the City can recruit additional older residents based on the elder friendly aspects of Cleveland and its neighborhoods.
