Pipeline Infrastructure Improvements Update

Expect additional traffic notices as work progresses

CLEVELAND –   Pipeline infrastructure improvements begin Monday, July 31, 2017, on the following streets: 

  • North side of Churchill – From East 105th westerly to East 103rd 
  • West side of East 103rd – From Churchill south 125 feet

The improvements will replace the old steel mainline with new plastic mainline in the sidewalk area. One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times on two lane side streets   with traffic control personnel in the work zone(s) directing traffic. A Law Enforcement Officer (L.E.O.) will be present at all signalized intersections. Access to adjacent driveways will be maintained throughout construction as well. Work zones will be established and work will take place during daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  

This project is scheduled for completion in September 2017.
